My mom started selling this stuff as a fund-raiser, but we still get our kitchen supplies there.

Beef Stock

I freeze the bones and excess cooked beef until I have enough to make a gallon of stock.
After I make the stock, I freeze it into 2 cup containers and use it in my sauces and soups. So much better for you and a lot cheaper than buying.

Frozen Waldorf

I like this frozen Waldorf Salad recipe because I freeze these in little stemmed plastic wine glasses and then I have them on hand for my lunches and for when we need a cute little side. My mother-in-law lives alone and I make up a couple of Zip-loc freezer bags of these for her so that she can pull one out of the freezer when she feels like it. When I'm making one for company, I freeze it in a round plastic container and then remove it and slice it into rounds to serve. It's a nice presentation either way.
