		<description>This is an Indiana favorite, Great for wintery days or for cold rainy weather. When I mention it outside of Indiana I get strange looks. Here we just call it Chili Soup and it's served in the schools with peanut butter sandwiches. I've also seen this made with spaghetti instead. I remember coming in to the house after a long day of playing in the snow and the smell of the chili would fill the house, it was enough to warm you itself. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

		<description>These seem to be an Indiana thing -- and I can't tell you how much I miss being able to get one in any sandwich place, like you can back in Indiana. I've never seen them anywhere else. Serve these on hamburger buns (they're a lot bigger than the bun) with slices of fresh, homegrown, ripe tomato (if you can get it -- tomatoes are to Indiana what bourbon is to Kentucky), lettuce, onion, and the mandatory mustard. Warning: If you've never had one, these are seriously addictive.
