Hearty Lima Bean Soup

A fantastic cold waether soup. Simple ingrdients coupled with a meaty beef bone- who could ask for more. With a salad and crusty bread, one has a wonderful cold weather meal!
Vegetarians, leave out the beef bone- still a fantastic soup!

Indiana Chili Soup

This is an Indiana favorite, Great for wintery days or for cold rainy weather. When I mention it outside of Indiana I get strange looks. Here we just call it Chili Soup and it's served in the schools with peanut butter sandwiches. I've also seen this made with spaghetti instead. I remember coming in to the house after a long day of playing in the snow and the smell of the chili would fill the house, it was enough to warm you itself. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Sunrise Smoothie

I made this just messing around. My cousin tried a drink called "Kalima"... kind of like a Smirnoff but the Kalima was a pretty sweet drink on it's own. I decided to add the ingredients and blend and I came out with this. You won't taste the liquor but it will creep up on you. I was guessing on the measurements for the rum & fruit. I normally eyeball it. Kalima was a little difficult for me to find at first but now I find them everywhere. Good luck! Hope you like it. :)
