		<description>Saw Bobby Flays pizza throwdown and his robolio cheese pizza. 
Robolio is a semi soft mild nutty cheese similar to Asagio. And well truffle oil is indeed expensive but I had to buy a small bottle and try it once.

The oil indeed makes the pizza. It has a musky earthy fragrance that's goes well with the cheeses.

Note no garlic or spices on this pizza, because the truffle oil should not be masked

Mushrooms were my idea and we loved it.

Flays pizza was grilled but I did mine  on an oven stone

Do it either way.

And honestly, I think a great extra virgin olive oil atop the pizza would be good but truffle oil has a very distinct flavor and try it if you can.
