I did a cookbook for our local school and one of the teachers posted it from our school cafeteria that she grew up with as well. Needless to say it was not great but not bad. I lived in an Amish community and they had a recipe similar but different. So I combined the two and made a cake that is fluffy & topping is sticky with coconut & nutty.
