Taco Pasta

This recipe is from Better Homes and Gardens.com but it is tried and found to be delicious. I made it this past week and my family really liked the flavors. We even shared some of it with a young couple that lives near-by and they enjoyed it too. I substituted here and there and have included my substitutions because they worked well. I served a side salad of shredded lettuce, tomatoes and avocados with salsa and garlic bread.
