Fish Cakes Supreme

My husband wanted something different for dinner using imitation seafood we had to use up . He wanted me to come up with some kind of fish cake. And I did and it was so delcious we will serve it for company next time
I never thought the imitation stuff tastes like real crab or lobster but these fish cakes have a delicious flavor nondescript of some kind of mild fish and the seasonings are delighful together.
My use of cornflour was a great idea I believe, as it browns golden, forms a coating and adds a nice nutty flavor. Maybe cormeal would do the same, I don't know.
