Grilled Pork Loin French Dip

We use pork tenderloins all the time, especially when we are having company. They are so verstaile, and can be grilled in no time. This is a surefire hit, and a great twist to the ever-popular french dip sandwich. Serve with Creamy Apple Slaw on the side - posted seperately.

Party Pork Tenderloin

Learned this little trick from my sister, and have served this at a few parties. Always a BIG hit! Grill (or bake) in time to be done before the guests arrive. Slice thin, on the diagonal, and arrange on a tray with rolls. (I use frozen yeast or sourdough rolls). This is something guests can serve themselves, and it can be served room temp without a problem. I never have any left! Everyone loves it! Keep the marinade simple for this one. I like to make my own, but, for this one I usually don't.

Easy Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin Dinner

We had this for dinner the other night, and it was so good and so easy! We just sat on the deck enjoying ourselves while it cooked, got up and turned everything over halfway through, that was it! Would be great to have when company is over! I don't measure, so, this is approximate. Prep time not including marinade time
