		<title>Spicy Indian Chicken Skewers</title>
<description>This is great dish to cook when you're entertaining: It looks very impressive, yet it can be prepared in advance and all you have to do is pop it on the oven or on the barbecue.

		<title>Chinese Skewered Chicken</title>
<description>I make these along with the Chinese Beef Skewers. They are very similar, again not dripping with sauce, and are best when broiled in the oven (though I have tried them on the outdoor grill too...) They take only 30 minutes to marinate, and require 36 bamboo skewers that have been soaked for at least 30 minutes. ORIGINALLY FROM: Betty Crocker's Chinese Cookbook (1981).</description>

		<title>Chinese Skewered Beef</title>
<description>These beef skewers are very basic, very authentic, and not laden down with too much over-powering sauce. The ingredients enhance the beef instead of covering it up. Your trick to success lies in making sure the beef is cut across the grain, and as thin as you can. The recipe uses a broiler, but you can use an outside grill or BBQ as well. I've done both, and the broiler actually works better in this case. Prep time includes marinating and skewer-soaking (30 mins). <title>Cuban Chicken Skewers</title>
<description>This is a recipe I obtained from an International Dinner party at my friend Jean’s house. This was one of the recipes she served and it was a big hit.
