This is a great side dish. I, personally, think it's too sweet for me, but everyone I cook it for loves it the way it is.

Easiest Cheese Souffle - From A Can Of Soup

Who woulda thunk it?!? If you have never made a souffle, it is really easy. When I first started cooking, this was the first souffle I made, using a can of cheddar cheese soup. To my surprise, it puffed up like a big mushroom. (Perhaps I should have used a collar, or filled the dish 3/4 of the way.) It was a little more dense than a regular souffle, & more on the savory side. Best served, in my opinion, as a side dish. This is from an old Campbell's Mix & Match cookbook. Variations are listed at the bottom. I wanted to try the Tomato souffle (served sprinkled with grated Parmesan) but so far, haven't gotten around to it.

Cran- Apple- Pear Kugel

From Jewish internet site:

Use as a side dish or even as a dessert

More souffle-like texture than a firm kugel

If you prefer a denser, more custard-like texture, do not separate the eggs in the final stages of preparation.
