Cabbage Salad With Peanut Dressing

This recipe gets tons of compliments every time it is served, without fail. It’s a perfect way to dress up raw cabbage; simple, yet it lends itself to countless variations depending on what you’ve got on hand.
I use a half of a head of cabbage for 3-4 people, a whole cabbage for 5-10 people, and add a bit more from there depending on the crowd. Other ingredients you can add to make the salad larger include pineapple, finely chopped broccoli, shredded carrots and red onion. To make it a meal you can add cubes of tofu or chicken.

Chili Garlic Chicken Legs

I only had thighs in the freezer. I cooked four and cut the recipe in half. Recipe said to serve with rice but I had some leftover pasta although the sauce would be very good with rice. Ripped from Everyday Food magazine.

Slow Cooker Beef Chuck Roast

I put this recipe together based on flavors I liked. If you don't like Worcestershire sauce, then this probably isn't for you. I made a sandwich, but tasted the beef on its own and I thought it was delicious. I'll probably heat some up tomorrow and cook up a potato to go with it.
