Tvp Spaghetti Sauce

"You visit the earth and cause it to overflow; You greatly enrich it; The stream of God is full of water; You prepare their grain, for thus You prepare the earth for TVP." They left that part out, honest… that was what Hiram and Sol first wrote when they put stylus to clay. Who were Hiram and Sol you might ask? Well you might not so I will ask for you. They were the ghost writers who came up with the psalms. Look for yourself it's in the fine print on one of the pages, you'll find it if you look hard enough. Now granted there are lots of pages and I can't remember if it is towards the front or the back of the Book but it is there, you just need a little faith. I guess it might depend on which version you are using. We keep changing, languages, words, interpretations and deleting stuff that some might find offensive. Do you think that our meaning or usage of a word or two might have changed since Johannes Gutenberg mass produced it 550 years ago? If not that's "cool", or "that's so hot.", "relax daddy o" maybe we need to "chill" or is it "chill out", "you're cold man", "that was cold"' "Baby it is cold outside", "Dude you are bringing me down!" " "I'm down with that." "I find your message up lifting" "Up your nose with a rubber hose!". Naha …I'm probably completely wrong about everything …well except the TVP part. Last TVP recipe for a while, I'm starting to get a bit out there and need to come back towards the light.

TVP Chili With Beans

This is the second of the Oh god…oh god ….oh goddd… recipes if you are confused or you feel that I am being a bit irreverent you need to look at the TVP Tortilla and Taco filling recipe that I posted the previous day. That might clarify things…but then again…probably not. I will try not to duplicate the ingredients and forget the directions as I did earlier. We did not find that amusing. We will endeavor to do better this time won't We. We think that you will like this recipe and it too is suitable for those that do not eat anything with a face. Or had a face? Whatever… so like it totally rocks in a totally like non confrontational way. It is like a way cool recipe. And like, I think like, you will like it like, .like? TVP is interesting stuff to play with for those that have seen it in the store and gone…What the hell is that stuff?

Silly Soy Protein Muffins

I figured that if we can put oats into muffins and not have a problem with it, why not soy flakes in the form of TVP granules? I tossed in some honey-roasted soy "nuts" and a dose of chocolate hemp powder too, and WOW - a dense, rich and perfect morning snack or breakfast! Great for those who like to work out in the AM too.
