Make It Yourself- Crab Rangoon-ci

This is just my simple version of classic crab rangoon....without the sugar! Canned crab is okay for this, but I suggest using the "premium" style. Personally, I use the "tub" of fresh sold at the seafood counter. Cook time includes cooking of the entire batch.

Rich And Fudgy Brownies

I like to call these my "Floorplan Brownies" because I made them after finishing a 60-hour project for that course! They even went in for the end of the term "party" we had, and were gobbled up. I never told anyone about the tofu - and you'd never be able to tell because they are the richest, fudgiest brownies ever!

Mississippi Chocolate And Coffee Cake

The cake makes 1 layer but I swear you would think the batter would over flow in the oven when you see how full you 9-inch pan gets from pouring the batter in. This cake has never over flowed in my oven yet! THe cake itself is very dense, almost fudge-like. The Ganache is easy, just melted chocolate and butter. There is a little Bourbon in the cake mix but the alcohol bakes out. The flavor is enough to give any one's chocolate craving a run for the money! =D This cake does take between 1 hour 10 mins, to 1 hour 15 minutes to bake.
