Slow Cooker Beef Chuck Roast

I put this recipe together based on flavors I liked. If you don't like Worcestershire sauce, then this probably isn't for you. I made a sandwich, but tasted the beef on its own and I thought it was delicious. I'll probably heat some up tomorrow and cook up a potato to go with it.

Jalapeno Cheeseburgers With Bacon Grilled Onions And Spicy Ranch Sauce

This decadent burger is loaded with flavor and goodness. It's a meal unto itself. I like to brush a little oil on thick (1/4 to 1/2") onion slices and grill them along side the burgers. Keep an eye on them and turn them when grill marks appear. Flip over carefully (to keep the slices intact) and cook on second side for a more few minutes for grill marks. Most of the prep time (minimum: 2 hours) is for the burgers to chill and settle in with their new flavor friends. Original recipe from Bon Appétit.
