• 2 c blanched almonds .
• 2 tsps lemon juice .
• 1 1/2 c icing sugar .
• 1 egg white

• Step #1 Chop almonds VERY fine.
• Step #2 Add 1 egg white slowly, then 1 c icing sugar & lemon juice.
• Step #3 K.
• Step #4 Knead with more icing sugar until a soft dough is formed.
• Step #5 Roll out to desired shape, about 1/4 inch thick, & top fruitcakes.
