Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps beef gravy .
  • 1 tsp garlic salt .
  • 1/4 c sliced onions .
  • 4 pork chops .
  • 1 tsp pepper .
  • 4 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 (1 oz) package onion soup mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Fill a large skillet 1/4-inch high with water.
  • Step #2 Add soy sauce, pepper, onion, garlic salt, gravy & soup mix to skillet.
  • Step #3 Allow to simmer on high 5 to 8 mins.
  • Step #4 Add pork chops; decrease to medium heat.
  • Step #5 Cook until brown, about 12 mins on each side.
