Shepherd's Pie Recipe

• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary .
• 1 lb ground beef .
• 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese .
• 2 c mashed potatoes .
• salt & pepper .
• 4 tbsps catsup .
• 2 tbsps olive oil .
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
• 1 onion, sliced

• Step #1 In a large skillet heat the oil on med/high & saute the onions until soft, then add the ground beef & cook this until no longer pink.
• Step #2 Add the rosemary, catsup, worcestershire sauce & salt & pepper to taste.
• Step #3 Transfer to a casserole dish & top this with mash potato & shredded cheese.
• Step #4 Bake in a 350 oven for 30 mins.
