Orange-cinnamon Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (12 1/2 oz) packages put in the fridged cinnamon roll dough .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 tbsp orange rind (grated)

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step #2 Coat a 10 c bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • Step #3 Mix sugar & orange peel in a small bowl.
  • Step #4 Open cans of rolls; save icing.
  • Step #5 Cut each roll in quarters; lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  • Step #6 Dip in sugar mixture, then arrange evenly in pan.
  • Step #7 Press down carefully.
  • Step #8 Bake 35 mins until almost doubled in pan on a wire rack two mins.
  • Step #9 Invert serving plate on pan.
  • Step #10 With oven mitts, hold plate & pan together & invert.
  • Step #11 Remove pan.
  • Step #12 Let bread cool 5 mins.
  • Step #13 Pipe icing on bread.
  • Step #14 Serve warm, pulling off pieces.
