Ingredients
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix flour & salt.
  • Step #2 Whisk together eggs & milk; stir in theto dry ingredients just until mixed.
  • Step #3 Pour into four greased & floured 8-oz.
  • Step #4 custard c.
  • Step #5 Place on a baking sheet.
  • Step #6 Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 mins or until puffed & edges are golden brown (do not open oven door during b aking).
