• 1/2 c water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 tbsps tomato paste
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 4 potatoes
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper (optional)
• 1/2 lb baby carrots
• 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces

• Step #1 In a large pot, put the sliced onion, chicken breast meat, carrots & potatoes.
• Step #2 Add the salt & turmeric.
• Step #3 Dissolve the tomato paste in water & add.
• Step #4 If desired, add garlic powder & ground black pepper to season.
• Step #5 Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs on medium low heat.
• Step #6 Serve.
