Banana Split Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz frozen whipped topping .
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained .
  • 1 c milk, cold .
  • 1 (8 oz) box chocolate wafers .
  • 4-5 medium bananas, sliced & dipped in lemon juice (reserve some for garnish) .
  • 3 1/2 oz banana cream instant pudding .
  • 5-6 strawberries, sliced for garnish (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place milk In a large-ish mixing bowl, Add the pudding & beat 2 mins or until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step #2 Add the whipped topping & beat until both mixtures are mixd.
  • Step #3 Stir in the pineapple, place this in refrigerator for 10 mins.
  • Step #4 Spoon about 11/2 c pudding into a glass 4-quart bowl.
  • Step #5 Top with 8 chocolate wafers, then bananas.
  • Step #6 Repeat layers ending with pudding.
  • Step #7 Spread whipped topping over pudding, place chocolate wafers around the rim of the bowl, add sliced strawberries as a garnish.
  • Step #8 Chill 4 hrs until set.
