Corny Potato Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 c sliced onion
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 (15 oz) can white potatoes, drained & sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 4 bacon strips, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan, cook the bacon & onion until bacon is almost crisp; drain.
  • Step #2 Add potatoes; saute for 2-3 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in the milk, corn, garlic salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Simmer, uncovered, until heated through.
