Cheesy Drop Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 2 tsps baking powder .
  • 2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 2/3 c buttermilk .
  • addtional parmesan cheese (optional) .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or more if you like it more garlic) .
  • 1 tsp kosher salt .
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre-heat oven to 450.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl shift together the first 5 ingredients then Add both cheeses.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl mix buttermilk & oil.
  • Step #4 Add to dry ingredients just until moist.
  • Step #5 Drop about 1/4 Cup full of batter on to a greased baking sheet.
  • Step #6 (Sprinkle top with addtional parmesean cheese if desired).
  • Step #7 Bake at 450 for about 10-12 mintues or until golden brown.
  • Step #8 Serve warm (taste best that way) Refrigerate any left-over biscuits.
