Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 4-6 tsps brandy .
  • 6 egg yolks .
  • 6 tbsps sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat the egg yolks & whites with an electric mixer until thick & lemon-colored.
  • Step #2 Add the sugar slowly, continuing to beat.
  • Step #3 Use sherbet glasses, & place 1 tsp of brandy in each.
  • Step #4 Gently spoon the egg mixture over this.
