3 oz active dry yeast .
2 tbsps butter .
1 1/2 c lukewarm water .
1 tbsp salt .
2 tbsps caraway seeds .
2 1/4 c rye flour .
3 1/2 c white flour .
1 1/2 c molasses
Directions
Step #1 Stir ingredients together in bowl.
Step #2 Let rise at least one hr.
Step #3 Let raise a second time.
Step #4 Shape into 2 loaves & let rise in pan.
Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees F until tops start to brown.
Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees F to finish.
