Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango .
  • 1 (8 oz) carton low-fat yogurt .
  • 1/2 c very cold water

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove flesh from mango, discarding skin & seed.
  • Step #2 You should have about one c of mango.
  • Step #3 Combine mango, water & yogurt in mixer.
  • Step #4 Blend on medium til well mixd & smooth.
  • Step #5 Serve at once.
  • Step #6 Leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
  • Step #7 Stir before serving.
