Herbal Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh basil, crushed or 1 tsp dried basil, crushed .
  • 1 c low fat cottage cheese .
  • 1 dash hot sauce (Tabasco) .
  • 1/4 c sliced chives .
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh chervil, crushed or 2 tsps dried chervil, crushed .
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh dill weed or 1 tsp dried whole dill weed .
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley or 2 tsps dried parsley flakes .
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 garlic clove .
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Position knife blade in food processor/blender bowl; top this with cover.
  • Step #2 Drop garlic through food chute with processor running; process 3 to 5 seconds or until garlic is minced.
  • Step #3 Add remaining ingredients; process 2 mins, scraping sides of bowl every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill at least 4 hrs.
  • Step #5 Serve dip with assorted vegetables.
