Ingredients
1 green pepper, seeded & cut into 2 incyh pieces .
1 onion, cut into 2 inch pieces .
1 red pepper, seeded & cut into 2 inch pieces .
metal skewers or wooden skewers .
1/2 c light soy sauce .
3 tbsps hot mustard .
1/4 c frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed .
1 yellow squash, sliced .
1 (1 1/4 lb) package bratwursts, sliced into 1/2 ince pieces
Directions
Step #1 Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 mins before placing on the grill.
Step #2 In a resealable plastic bag or bowl, mix soy sauce, apple juice & hot mustard.
Step #3 Add onions, yellow squash & peppers & put in the fridge for one hr.
Step #4 Drain & reserve marinade.
Step #5 Thread bratwurst & vegetables alternately on skewers.
Step #6 Brush with reserved marinade.
Step #7 Grill over med-heat/flame, turn & baste often, until vegetables are soft & bratwurst is cooked, approximately 15 to 20 mins.
