Corn And Bacon Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley .
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled .
  • 2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c sliced onions .
  • 32 oz frozen corn, thawed .
  • 1/4 c sliced green bell peppers

Directions
  • Step #1 Prehaet oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium low heat.
  • Step #3 Add onion & green bell pepper; saute for 2 mins; stir in the flour & salt.
  • Step #4 Gradually add the sour cream & cheese.
  • Step #5 Heat until it just begins to bubble, stirring constantly; add corn & heat through; stir in the half of the crumbled bacon.
  • Step #6 Transfer corn & sour cream mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish; top corn casserole with remaining crumbled bacon & sliced parsley.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
