Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c whole milk .
  • 4 tsps sugar (more or less if desired) .
  • 2 panir (small pieces crushed)

Directions
  • Step #1 Start with heating the milk in a non-stick saucepan.
  • Step #2 Stir frequently.
  • Step #3 When it comes to a boiling temperature, add the crushed paneer.
  • Step #4 From then on--keep stirring till all the milk evaporates & you have your milk cake.
  • Step #5 Add the sugar & mix well.
  • Step #6 (Some people like it a bit darker than cream color).
  • Step #7 Spread it on alum.
