Step #1 Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
Step #2 Peel off outer skin of garlic heads, but not individual cloves.
Step #3 Place garlic heads on aluminium foil wrap & wrap to enclose.
Step #4 Place on baking tray & roast for 1 hr 15 min.
Step #5 Allow to cool.
Step #6 Place all ingredients (including cooled garlic) in food processor/blender & process until smooth.
Step #7 Serve as soon as possible or store this in airtight container for up to a week.
