Chicken 'n' Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 4 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 (15 oz) package seasoned stuffing croutons
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsps minced fresh parsley
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small skillet, saute celery & onion in butter until tender.
  • Step #2 In a bowl, parsley, mix the croutons, salt, pepper & celery mixture.
  • Step #3 Combine eggs & broth; pour over bread mixture & toss to mix.
  • Step #4 Add chicken; toss carefully.
  • Step #5 Transfer to a greased 13-in.
  • Step #6 x 9-in.
  • Step #7 x 2-in.
  • Step #8 baking dish.
  • Step #9 Cover & bake this at 350 degrees F for 40-50 mins or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
