Mushroom Cap Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz Ritz crackers, crumbled .
  • 1 pint parmesan cheese .
  • 1 oz dried thyme .
  • 2 tsps garlic powder .
  • 2 oz dry white wine .
  • 1 lb mushroom stems .
  • 2/3 lb bay shrimp, thawed .
  • 1/2 lb margarine .
  • 2 tsps Lawry's Spice uped Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In small stock pot, mix butter, white wine & mushroom stems.
  • Step #2 Cook for 15 mins or until mushrooms are cooked through.
  • Step #3 Strain liquid into cracker crumbs & other ingredients.
  • Step #4 Put mushroom stems into food processor/blender & finely chop, then add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #5 Mix all ingredients well by hand & put into plastic bucket, cover, label & put in the fridge.
