8 Layer Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 250 g baby shrimp, drained .
  • 2 tsps lemon juice .
  • 2 avocados, mashed .
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise .
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 1 c sliced green onions .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt .
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 c sliced capsicums .
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce .
  • 250 g cream cheese (spreadable) .
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 350 ml salsa .
  • 3 sliced tomatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, worchestershire sauce & garlic salt.
  • Step #2 Spoon onto serving platter, about 1 inch thick.
  • Step #3 Mix together avocado, lemon juice, tabasco & garlic salt.
  • Step #4 Spread over cream cheese.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top over baby shrimps, pour salsa all over this.
  • Step #6 Spread a layer of each remaining ingredient in order listed.
  • Step #7 Refrigerate for about an hr, then remove about half an hr before serving.
  • Step #8 Serve with thick corn chips & knives to spread.
