Ingredients
  • to taste honey .
  • 1/4 c fresh lime juice .
  • 1/4 c sour cream .
  • 2 tbsps warm water .
  • 1 tbsp gelatin .
  • 1 c heavy cream .
  • 1 1/2 c mangoes, pureed

Directions
  • Step #1 Gently dissolve gelatine in warm water.
  • Step #2 Purée the mango flesh.
  • Step #3 Add the cream, sour cream, lime juice, & gelatine to the mangoes.
  • Step #4 Process or mix.
  • Step #5 Add the honey to desired sweetness.
  • Step #6 Pour into serving bowl & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #7 Serve garnished with thin slices of lime & mango.
