Boursin Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c milk (if needed) .
2 oz butter, sliced .
3 lbs potatoes (get the ones that have the buttery taste to them) .
3 oz boursin cheese .
salt & freshly ground black pepper .
8 oz sour cream

Directions

Step #1 Wash, peel & cut the potatoes into pieces.
Step #2 Boil in salted water until tender.
Step #3 Mash & add the cheese, the milk if needed for creaminess, sour cream, & salt & pepper.
Step #4 Place In a large-ish pan, top this with butter slices (or cheddar cheese) & bake this at 325F degrees until hot.
Step #5 Broil a few mins to get the top nice a browned.
