- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder .
- 1 egg .
- 1 c flour .
- 1/4 tsp salt .
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring .
- 3 tbsps butter .
- 3/4 c milk .
- 2 c fruit (your choice)
Directions
- Step #1 In a buttered 8" baking dish, put 2 c of fruit with sugar to taste.
- Step #2 Over it, pour the batter, mixed in the order given above.
- Step #3 Bake 350F 30 mins.
- Step #4 Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
