Cornbread Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained & 1/2 liquid reserved
  • 1 (8 oz) package dry corn bread mix
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can cream-style corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Step #3 In a large mixing bowl, reserved liquid, eggs, mix corn, corn bread mix & sour cream; stir until mixed.
  • Step #4 Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins, until golden brown.
