Corn Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 (16 oz) package uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (15 oz) can canned or frozen corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
  • Step #3 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #4 Add noodles, until al dente, cook for 6 to 8 mins, & drain.
  • Step #5 Place turkey in a skillet over med-heat/flame, & cook this until evenly brown.
  • Step #6 Drain grease.
  • Step #7 In a bowl, corn, carefully mix cooked noodles & turkey, & soup.
  • Step #8 Spice up with salt & pepper.
  • Step #9 Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Step #10 Bake 20 mins in the preheated oven, until bubbly.
