Cornbread Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8.5 oz) package corn bread mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 lb butter, melted
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a mixing bowl, mix butter, whole corn, cream corn, corn muffin mix & sour cream.
  • Step #3 Fold all ingredients together, pour this into 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Step #4 Bake for 1 hr.
