Raspberry Tapioca Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 4 c water .
  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen raspberries .
  • 1/2 c pearl tapioca .
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip .
  • 1 (3 oz) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring water, sugar, & tapioca to a boil, stirring often until the tapioca is clear.
  • Step #2 Remove from heat & add the package of jello.
  • Step #3 Cool to set until consistency is like jelly.
  • Step #4 Add cool whip & frozen raspberries.
  • Step #5 Stir well & put in the fridge.
