Fruit Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • sugar, to taste .
  • 1/4 c tapioca .
  • 1 (8 oz) package dried mixed fruit .
  • 1 sliced lemon .
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Directions
  • Step #1 Soak fruit in water for a few mins.
  • Step #2 Drain & rinse.
  • Step #3 Cover up fruit with water, bring to a simmer.
  • Step #4 Add cinnamon & lemon, simmer 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Add tapioca & sugar tot aste, cook, stirring frequently until fruit is cooked.
  • Step #6 Serve warm for dessert or cold for breakfast.
