Ingredients
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 tbsp cornmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c white sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c butter
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
Directions
Step #1 Preheat the oven to 425F degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step #2 In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar & vanilla together.
Step #3 Mix in the eggs, then stir in the the cornmeal, evaporated milk & vinegar until smooth.
Step #4 Bake for 10 mins in the preheated oven, then reduce heat to 300F degrees F (150 degrees C) for 40 mins.
Step #5 Let cool.
Step #6 Cut & top servings with whipped cream.
Step #7 You will think you have died & gone to heaven.
