Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 340 g corned beef (sliced) .
  • 1 large onion, sliced .
  • mixed herbs .
  • 8-12 small potatoes .
  • stock, cube dissolved

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 170c.
  • Step #2 Chop off the top & bottom of the small potatoes & slice.
  • Step #3 Layer potatoes (on the bottom of the your dish).
  • Step #4 Layer onion.
  • Step #5 Layer corned beef, & herbs to taste.
  • Step #6 Layer onion.
  • Step #7 Top layer use the potatoes tops & bottoms.
  • Step #8 Pour stock cube over.
  • Step #9 Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #10 I now do two at a time & portion & freezer one.
