• 1/4 tsp sugar .
• 2 slices bacon, sliced .
• 1 tbsp white vinegar .
• 1 dash pepper

• Step #1 Fry sliced bacon.
• Step #2 Measure fat in pan (about 3 tbsps)and add 1/3 as much vinegar (about 1 tbsp) while fat is still hot.
• Step #3 season this with pepper & sugar.
• Step #4 Add bacon bits.
• Step #5 Pour on salad while hot.
• Step #6 Good with potato salad, or green salads.
