Ingredients
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts .
  • 2 c powdered sugar .
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Using a hand mixer mix together the cream cheese & powdered sugar until mixed well in a very large bowl.
  • Step #2 Add the cool whip & mix well until mixed.
  • Step #3 Spread into pie crusts.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate for an hr before serving.
  • Step #5 If desired garnish top this with strawberries or blueberries.
  • Step #6 For feeding a smaller crowd you can cut the ingredients in half & make just one cheesecake.
