Fudge Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 oz) package fudge brownie mix .
1/2 c vegetable oil .
1/4 c water .
2 eggs .
3/4 c dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips .
1 (9 inch) pie crusts (unbaked)

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step #2 In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil & water.
Step #3 Stir with wooden spoon until well mixed (about 50 strokes).
Step #4 Stir in chocolate chips.
Step #5 Spoon into pie crust.
Step #6 Bake until set (40-45 mins).
Step #7 Cool completely.
Step #8 Cut pie into wedges & serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream.
