Corn Cheese Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz) cans creamed corn
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c shredded American cheese
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 4 c milk
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Using a saute pan over med-heat/flame, saute onion in butter until tender.
  • Step #2 Add flour & stir, it will form a paste like consistency.
  • Step #3 Add milk & stir until thickened.
  • Step #4 Add corn, cheese & season this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Heat through, until the cheese melts & then serve hot.
