Easy Breakfast Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced nuts .
  • 3 1/2 tsps baking powder .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 c sugar, divided in half .
  • 1/4 c melted butter .
  • 1 c melted butter, divided in half .
  • 3 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir flour, salt, baking powder & 1/2 c sugar.
  • Step #2 Combine milk, eggs & 1/2 c melted butter.
  • Step #3 Add to dry ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #4 Place on lightly floured board & knead lightly 10 times.
  • Step #5 Roll or pat into rectangular shape 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step #6 Mix 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon & 1/2 c melted butter.
  • Step #7 Spread over dough.
  • Step #8 Roll dough as for jelly roll.
  • Step #9 Seal edges & cut into half inch slices.
  • Step #10 Combine remaining butter, brown sugar & nuts.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top lightly over bottoms of greased muffin pans.
  • Step #12 Arrange slices cutside down over this mixture.
  • Step #13 Bake 375F 25-30 mins.
  • Step #14 Turn pans upside down on cooling rack & lift off rolls.
  • Step #15 Serve hot.
