Italian Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • parsley, sliced .
  • 1 1/2 tsps prepared pesto sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice .
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise .
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs .
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel & halve eggs.
  • Step #2 Remove yolks to a small bowl & mash with a fork.
  • Step #3 Add mayonnaise & mustard, mixing until smooth.
  • Step #4 Stir in pesto, cheese & lemon juice.
  • Step #5 Spice up with salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Spoon into egg white shells & garnish with parsley.
  • Step #7 Refrigerate to meld flavors.
